Policies and Procedures
  1. Prices are subject to change without notice
  2. Rates are quoted by the event, call for special rates on long term rentals.
  3. There is a minimum order required for delivery, depending on the area and delivery conditions, please inquire.
  4. A delivery charge will apply to all orders. A labor charge will be added for overtime deliveries and/or pickups.
  5. Delivery prices are for ground level. Extra charges apply for stairs or long distances from truck.
  6. Setup included in price for tents, dance floors, stages, & pipe & drape. Setup of other equipment is available at an extra fee.
  7. The customer is responsible for all losses & any damage to rental equipment, including linen. If equipment is damaged or short, a replacement or repair fee will be assessed.
  8. To comply with health regulations, all china, glassware and flatware must be rinsed and returned free of all food particles.
  9. Cancellations within 24 hours of the delivery date will be subject to a 50% packing and restocking fee. On site cancellation is 85%.
  10. A non-refundable 50% deposit is due on all tenting orders. The deposit is applied to the total cost.
  11. All orders are subject to sales tax within the jurisdiction of the delivery address.
  12. Orders picked up by the customer are due back by 4:30pm on said date of return.
  13. Tents are made of water resistant materials; they are not guaranteed water proof.
  14. Tents are meant as temporary shelter and must be evacuated under extreme weather conditions.
  15. Alan Party is not responsible for tree, shrub, grass or sprinkler damage caused by delivery or installation.
